#275 to #305

December was mobile phone camera month!!!
Busy with work and Christmas, so this seemed like an easier idea. Became a challenge, restricted to the phones capabilities, but also had to find ways to push it. Luckily, my ph cam has lots of features, such as zoom, colour styles, black and white, exposure settings, lighting conditions, and my new favourite thing, negative view eg #297 #289, which can them be changed when lighting conditions are changed eg #282, #298 etc. Opens up so many new abstract images. So lots of different pics - bits and pieces, a self-portrait, lots of work, lots of traveling... and of course a Christmas day image #299

#247 to #274

Pretty much the entire month of November here,
minus 2 days.

During this month I participated in the exhibition, and for the 5 days following decided to just share some of my work, rather than more photos. I was rather exhausted creativity anyway. There is also 2 mini-challenges. Firstly, an arrangement of roses from my mother-in-laws garden, at the end of their vase life.. I remember photographing an arrangement of dead roses in uni, big contrasty b&w. Something has always interested me about the look of the roses when they are all shriveled and dying.....
The next MC...the computer... what a contrast from the last. Thats my life though, I regard myself as somewhat of a computer geek... can't live without it, could spend hours upon hours - I wish - on the net or whatever.. yet I have a keen interested in vintage... go figure.
Any who... five pics of the computer. Others in between are photos of random stuff as usual... some went on to be used in my common threads works, and a few pics from the days spent working in the exhibition space leading up to opening - which is representing by a photo of a beautiful green jug Carly bought and the high tea stand featuring jam rolls, this was typical of how the afternoon tea/opening looked...
